The Lace-Webbed Spider (Amaurobius similis) is a small arachnid in the Amaurobiidae family of tangled web spiders.
The Lace-Webbed Spider has a brown body with lighter markings on its abdomen. It has light striped markings on its eight legs.

It grows to less than 1 centimetre (about a third of an inch) in length.
It is a common spider found across Europe and the Caucasus, in homes, especially near windows. It prefers to be indoors.
