The Slate-Coloured Boubou (Laniarius funebris) is an east African bird.
The Slate-Coloured Boubou is dark-grey all over, with darker grey upperparts and lighter grey underparts. It has a dark patch around its eye, with white eye-rings. Its beak is dark grey.

It grows to 20 centimetres (8 inches) tall.
It prefers tropical and subtropical forests, dry savannahs, and shrublands.
The female Slate-Coloured Boubou lays 2-3 eggs in a nest in a shrub or tree.
